- A deposit of one night or 25% of booking (whichever is greater) is required to
confirm your reservation - A 10% discount is offered for a stay of 4 or more nights October to May
- Minimum 2 night booking during peak season
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Our cancellation policy requires notice of at least 30 days prior to arrival
- Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival will result in return of deposit
only if all the days reserved can be re-booked. Otherwise, the deposit will be
forfeited. - A service fee of $20 will be applied to all cancellations
